| Free Address Labels |
The following return address labels were created by Dottie and are
free for non-commercial use. You will need Adobe Reader software
to use these labels as they are in PDF format. Most operating
systems come with this software, but if you do not have it, you can
download it free at this link.
These return address labels are designed for use with Avery and
Avery compatible laser/inkjet labels. The label size is 1" x 2-5/8"
which makes it compatible with Avery 5160, 5260, 8160, and 8660
labels. There are 30 labels on a sheet and the sheets are 8-1/2" x
11". I chose the larger size label instead of the traditional ½" size
return label because these labels are easily found, inexpensive and it
allows for a larger space to type an address.
If you do not have label paper, you can print them on a plain sheet of
paper and cut them out and just paste them to your envelopes, but I
think using the label paper is much easier.

To use the templates, simply click on one of the links
below and type in your address in the fields provided.
No personal information is transmitted at this time. You
can save the blank template to your computer for later
use. I have set it up so that you only have to type your
name and address in once and it will populate the entire
page. There is room to type 26 characters per line.
When you go to print the page, make sure that there
is no page scaling set. To do that, click on Print,
then select None next to the Page Scaling option.
Please note that you cannot save your address
information when you save the template. You will need
to retype it each time.
