Plant Tags
The following plant tags were created by Dottie and are free for non-commercial use. You will need Adobe Reader to view them as they are in a PDF format. Most Windows based operating systems come with this software, but if you do not have it, you can download it free at this link.
To use the templates, simply click on one of the links below and print. If you would like to fill in the plant variety before printing, you can do so by clicking on the empty space above each line.
Once you have printed the plant tags, you can glue then to a piece of cardboard before laminating them, or just laminate them without the cardboard, although I think the cardboard helps them to stand up better. Once laminated, cut them out and either stick them directly in the ground or you can attach them to a stick, wire, or even to a rock. The possibilities are endless. And if you have a Xyron machine like I do, you can not only laminate them, but add a magnet to the back and even adhesive....Just depends on what you want to use them for. Also, a great project to do with the kids or to add to a gift basket for your favorite gardener.
