Recipe - Pork with Onion Gravy

This is a super easy and tasty pork dish that makes a great gravy to go over mashed potatoes or noodles.

Makes 4 Servings

Season chops with the salt, pepper and garlic powder. In a hot skillet with olive oil, brown the chops on medium high heat along with the onions, about 5 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, whisk together the water, cream soup mix, white pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Pour soup mixture over pork chops and reduce heat to medium. Simmer covered for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for an additional 15 minutes until sauce is lightly brown and thickened.
