Recipe - Potato Soup Mix
Enough to fill a 1 quart mason jar
- 1-3/4 cup instant mashed potato flakes
- 1-1/2 powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons instant chicken bouillon powder
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1-1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
Combine all ingredients, mix well and store in a jar. Use within 3 months.
To use mix, place 1/2 cup of soup mix in a bowl with 1 cup of boiling water, stir until smooth.
